According to studies, most people spend over 90% of their 24 hour day in interior spaces, whether it is at home or at work. That interior space can elevate or lower our mood, determining how we may be feeling. My favorite quote about interior design is “your environment shapes the way you feel and interact with the rest of the world.” Even elements such as color, a pattern, or textures can make us feel good or bad.  I believe beautifully designed and well balanced interiors can create joy, playfulness and achieve harmony.
